I have been working out on and off for the past 10 years. 2 years ago, I decided to apply myself and started going regularly to the gym. Even though I was working out on a daily basis, the result was not as I would have wished. After doing a small research and asking around, a personal trainer was the missing element. Now the question was how to choose a personal trainer?? I began observing the trainers present at the gym and after a while I set my sights on one. And by god, did I choose the right one. From a training schedule to a well-balanced diet, with a constant motivation to keep going forward, Ali Zeitoun transformed my life. The most remarkable asset was that even when I was injured, Ali would come up with many ways for me to train without aggravating my injury and therefore being able to never disrupt my training schedule. Today, at 34 years old, I feel stronger and fitter than I would have ever dreamed of being.
